JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the seting up of the ERP system of the customer, together with the client you analyze the requirements concerning EH&S and you define a suitable solution
• Keeping the scope in mind, you configure the system accordingly. You are able to test and document the system. Once the setup is done, you train the key users
• Must have sound knowledge of SAP EHS design and standard configuration for Basic Data and Tools, Product Safety, Global Label Management, Hazardous Substance Management, EHS Data Structure and Data Load methodologies configuration for Occupational Health, health surveillance protocols, trigger levels, questionnaires, schedule planning, exposure groups, medical service, reporting and injury/illness log.
• Design and Development of WWi Templates for Labels and Safety Data Sheets, the design/development of custom EH&S Expert Rules.
• "Must have sound knowledge of the configuration for Industrial Hygiene and Safety work areas, agents, accidents, reports and basic data,
data migration and interface design. "
• "Must have a sound knowledge of Occupational Health authorization management"
• "Experience in providing recommendations, mapping and research for adequate data security as related to employee data Identify and perform hands-on activities as related to HCM and FI integration and/or touch points (i.e. Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Learning Solution, SAP Business Partners, etc)"

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Batchelor's Degree.
• SAP Certification is recommended.
• "Fuctional / Technical professional with atleast three + full life cycle of global, complex EHS implementations and six years of industry
experience."
• Understanding the Business requirements AS-IS and TO-BE document and sign off with users for Busniess blue print document.
• Should be open to learn new products and take additional responsibilities.
• 3 years of experience with SAP EH&S customizing and preferably in related modules like PP/SD
• Languages English (Essential). Knowledge of Arabic language (Beneficial but not mandatory)
• Should have experince of atleast one complete project in SAP IS OIL environment.
• Strong communication & documentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Flexibility to travel and relocate according to business needs.
