EXPERIENCE:

• Team Lead / Management experience in a corporate environment.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of infrastructure, and directs team.
• Planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
• Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
• Works with project teams to help implement systems..
• Continually analyses and assess the operational performance of the team through close monitoring, good communication and regular activity reports..
• Contributes to the budgeting and business planning process.
• Creates and maintains a working environment which motivates the team and ensures the retention of the best performers.
• Execute the technical delivery of the project.
• Provide full definition and scope of infrastructure work scope.
• Provide Technical input to and review project plans.
• Provide key milestones for all engineering and technical aspects of project execution.
• Experience of similar Lead role in critical datacenter environment.
• Three years of high availability network design, implementation and support experience with administration & monitoring tools.
• Extensive experience and configuration with Cisco, Enterasys & 3Com IOS, routers, VPN concentrators, network switches, firewalls, Packeteer, Bluecoat, Websense, IP Phones, VOIP and load balancers.
• Good knowledge of various internetworking protocols such as TCP/IP, RIP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, SNMP, PPP, HSRP, HCP, NAT, IPSec and ATM.
•Strong knowledge in LAN, VLAN, WAN, MAN, P2P Links, VPN and network security technologies.
•Should be working in a similar capacity & role with minimum 3 years of experience.

• Must be skilled at working in a multi cultural and multi-national environment, with staff from a variety of countries and backgrounds.

• Technological proficiency, including relevant engineering tools.
• Knowledge of Cisco equipment, FTP, Telnet and SMTP is desired.
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently with general guidelines and minimal supervision.
• Proven written and verbal communications skills, including an ability to provide a synopsis to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor Degree in computer science.

· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNP) is a must.

· CCIE, Cyberoam & Bluecoat appliances certification is a plus.
