ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned as required.
• Meet or exceed assigned territory revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain required pipeline (3 - 4x's) to ensure revenue goals are consistently achieved. Maintain Salesforce.com opportunities to show progress through the sales cycle.
• New Business Focus: seek out opportunities in companies that are not currently Enterasys customers.
• Develop, maintain and expand channel partner relationships to meet revenue goals while maintaining end user engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate all corporate resources to increase partner loyalty, leverage, and ability to sell Enterasys solutions.
• Responsible for agreed End User sales and prospecting activities through ISRs and assigned partners.
• Work with Channel Team to ensure partner marketing activities support the Enterasys strategy and objectives.
• Actively pursue all qualified leads from recognized approved sources.
• Utilize executive resources appropriately to establish Enterasys favorably with end users and their associated channel partners
• Professionally represent Enterasys at all times, working positively and effectively with all supporting resources, both internal and external to Enterasys.
• Remain current with all Enterasys and competitive products and solutions that solve respective account business needs.
• Adhere to all Enterasys reporting requirements in a timely manner as requested by management.
• Judiciously manage expenditures and adhere to Enterasys Travel Policies and Code of Conduct.
• To maintain company confidentiality and assist in any other tasks which may be required to maintain the daily operation of the company.
• Develop and manage on an ongoing basis new Territory Business Plan to include individual Sales Action plans.
• Develop and maintain sales action plans for each strategic end user to include tactical and strategic initiatives that help imbue Enterasys as the primary networking vendor.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
• At least 5-10 years of working experiences as a Sales Manager
• High performer, high potential, must be a leader and strong closer, a team player with the ability to win against competitors with supervisor resources.
• Good Management skills and a credible sales professional who is able to win respect from his colleagues, customers and clients.
• Strong knowledge of the market in Dubai, experience in both Channel and Direct
• Able to clearly articulate the commercial benefits of the Enterasys customer solution vision, strategy and technology solutions at CO level.
• Experience of working within small to mid-cap organization, resourceful, scalable, flexible
• Able to work with limited company resources to support the sale efforts.
• Excellent sales skills and knowledge of the IT networking sector
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to set and meet ambitious goals
