The Role
Manages marketing programs and sales activities of organization by performing the following duties:
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Assists in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Developing and executing marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Planning and conducting market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.
• Planning, promoting, and executing sales meetings and community and goodwill events.
• Directing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly.
• Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
• Meeting with key clients, assisting sales engineers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Monitoring and evaluating the activities and products of the competition.
Requirements
• 5+ years in sales management
• Experience in the field of building material sales is preferred
• Candidate must have B.S. Degree (MIS, Computer Since preferred), M.S. preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Fluent English
• Computer literacy.
