JOB DESCRIPTION

• Functional design primarily in the area of supply and primary distribution. This includes design, testing and build/test coordination for reports, enhancements and interfaces. Strong oil industry knowledge SAP IS-Oil TSW Strong Interface concepts and knowledge of Interfacing with 3rd Party Systems
• Conducting meentings & workshops to gather business requirements and Documentation of Business blueprints etc.
• Expert process design/developer/configuration in SAP TSW and OTC and SC processes. Special emphasis expertise in Hydrocarbon Supply Chain and Energy Trading & Risk Management solutions for Oil & Gas implementations.
• SAP TSW Expert knowledge of SAP IS-Oil, intermediate knowledge of TSW capabilities including nominations, ticketing, berth scheduling, 3WP. Contract admin, trade capture and complex pricing, knowledge of rail scheduling business solutions.
• Developing data conversion stratergies and tools, creating user documentation, training and post prduction support.
• Plan, conduct and document the Unit testing and Integrating testing with other module MM,FICO,PS,PP,PM,SD etc.
• Support and management of live SAP projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional with consulting background and experience of implementing SAP IS-Oil, SCM processes in the Oil & Gas / petrochemical industry
• Should be certified in SAP IS-Oil
• Experienced with a min. of 2 full life cycle implementation projects and an overall industry experience of 6 years.
• Experienced in support and management of live SAP projects
• Should be open to learn new products and take additional responsibilities.
• Experience in one or more modules like SAP MM, SD would be an added benefit.
• Working knowledge of integration between SAP PS, PP, SD, MM, FI/CO etc.
• Languages English (Essential). Knowledge of Arabic language (Beneficial but not mandatory)
• Should have experince of atleast one complete project in SAP IS OIL environment.
• Strong communication & documentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Flexibility to travel and relocate according to business needs.
