SECUDE is a member of SECUDE AG and was formed in 1996 from a partnership between SAP AG and the Fraunhofer Institute in Darmstadt, Germany. This partnership resulted in the Secure Network Communication (SNC) module for SAP AG. SECUDE is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, and has offices in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
